Repco Building Services is a full service commercial cleaning contractor. Being locally owned allows us to be flexible and able to respond to environmental challenges and market changes. Having operated in Atlanta since 1959 gives us the experience to provide services in this market.

We strive to be a value added provider by offering solutions for your cleaning needs. Or goal is to provide a custom maintenance program based on your specific needs, building design and usage.

 

All employees are hired employees; we do not subcontract our work. We warn potential customers about low price selling. Our prices reflect the cost of payroll taxes and insurance. Repco pays all mandated payroll taxes and workers compensation. You can be confident that all our employees are legally documented workers who can communicate with your staff.

 

Supervision

 

We operate our own repair shop to keep equipment in safe and proper working order. This will insure that equipment failure does not affect your cleaning.

 

Manager is a Registered Building Service Manager certified by the Building Services Contractors Association International. Repco is a current member of the BSCAI.

 

We provide daily janitorial services, carpet cleaning, hard surface floor cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning and specialty cleaning.
